I'm moving her to Office 2016 but I cannot seem to find a way of exporting these entries from Word 2003 to Word 2016. 2003 uses a normal.dot file whereas 2016 uses normal.dotm. Tried renaming and moving the normal.dot file to normal.dotm and putting in the Template directory but the entries do not transfer
